The living area is an enclosed porch with windows on three sides for absolutely breathtaking views of the bay and intracoastal waterway. French doors off the living area lead to the private outdoor deck with rockers and hammock. Dining is wonderful anytime at the dining table or on the outside deck. The private bath features an oversized shower and the dressing room just off the bath is home for some relaxing moments in the corner double jacuzzi tub. Eagle's Nest Villa is located on the third floor.
