This gorgeous villa is home-away-from-home both indoors and out with its two beautiful outdoor decks. The first large private covered deck encompasses the entire front of second floor, overlooking one of the most beautiful historic streets in St Augustine. The second deck features water views and breezes with a full sun exposure. The large master suite features a queen size bed with beautiful antique furniture throughout the room. The living area is comfortably situated between the bedroom and the large fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The living area has queen-size pull-out couch and a flat screen tv. The bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub and shower combination. Located on second floor.
Each Villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, cable tv and dvd, air conditioning and heat, linens, on-site laundry, and private off-street parking.

All rates include electricity, water, basic cable, and parking. Villas are not rented on a nightly basis. The quoted monthly rates for each Villa do not include taxes. There is a 10% tax (6% state plus 4% tourist tax).
